The tasting takes place in a charming 15th-century courtyard, once part of an old monastery, located in the heart of the historic center of Lecce.
The experience includes a selection of four wines: two red varieties—Negroamaro and Primitivo, both iconic of the Apulia region—followed by one white wine and one rosé.
All tastings are accompanied by traditional Apulian products such as taralli and friselle.
